Process Automation & Business Operations Manager:in (m/w/d)

zur zentralen Unterstützung bei der Harmonisierung und Automatisierung unserer Produkte und Prozesse zur Geldwäscheprävention.

Als Spezialist:in für die Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Unternehmensprozessen arbeitest Du als interne:r Berater:in sowie als direkte Umsetzungshilfe an der Schnittstelle unserer Teams im Vertrieb, den Compliance Services sowie dem Produkt-Team und unserem IT/Software Development Team. Dabei erarbeitest Du auch „hands on“ kurzfristige Lösungen/Prototypen mit Low Code-Tools und unterstützt uns bei der Identifikation von Potentialen durch KI-Tools.

Aufgaben
  • Coaching und Unterstützung unserer Teams durch Analyse, Dokumentation und Bewertung von Unternehmensprozessen mittels BPMN und Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Ausarbeitung eines übergreifenden Prozessmanagementvorgehens.
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und Projekten zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in Hinblick auf Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Implementierung dieser Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produkt- und IT-Team.
  • Automatisierung von Prozessschritten mit Low-Code-Tools sowie dem Einsatz von KI-Tools.
Qualifikation
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich (z.B. Wirtschaft, IT) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolg bei der selbständigen Implementierung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der Durchführung von Automatisierungsinitiativen.
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, ein User Experience Mindset und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu analysieren und zu visualisieren.
  • Beherrschung von Low-Code- (z.B. Power Automate) und Business Intelligence-Tools (z.B. Power BI).
  • Grundlegende IT- und Programmierkenntnisse sowie erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von KI-Tools, Datenbanken und Software-Schnittstellen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Begeisterung für neue Themen und Trends im Bereich der Digitalisierung und dem Einsatz von KI.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Geldwäsche-Compliance oder einem ähnlichen regulatorischen Bereich.
