Bei uns wird dir garantiert nicht langweilig, denn du:

  • Baust unsere Interior Abteilung weiter auf und koordinierst und gestaltest zwei bis drei Hotelneueröffnungen pro Jahr
  • Kümmerst dich um die planerische Umsetzung und detaillierte Ausarbeitung maßgefertigter Einbauten und Möbel, sowohl im öffentlichen Bereich als auch bei der Zimmerplanung
  • Stellst Material- und Farbkataloge in Abhängigkeit der CI und des jeweiligen Gestaltungskonzepts zusammen
  • Erstellst die Zonierungen sowie Licht- und Elektroplanungen der öffentlichen Bereiche in der LPH 3 und stimmst dich hier mit unserem Architecture und Technical Building Services Departments in Bezug auf Zuleitungen, Schaltkreise etc. ab
  • Beauftragst, prüfst und korrigierst die LPH 6 für das gesamte FF&E in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektsteuerung
  • Übernimmst die künstlerische Oberbauleitung beim Einbau von FF&E

Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du:

  • Hast erfolgreich ein Studium der Innenarchitektur abgeschlossen - eine zusätzlich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner:in wäre ein Nice to Have
  • Bringst Erfahrung im Interior Design/Innenarchitektur mit, im besten Fall bereits in der Hotellerie
  • Bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Architekturplanungssystemen mit
  • Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten und Integrität sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Zählst analytisches Denken, eine systematische Herangehensweise, die Identifikation von Problemen und eine kreative Lösungsfindung zu deinen Stärken
  • Triffst gerne Entscheidungen unter Abwägung aller möglichen Risiken, dabei für dich Kreativität und visionäres Denken jedoch eine wichtige Rolle spielen
  • Beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend und vielleicht noch weitere europäische Fremdsprachen
