(Senior) User Acquisition Manager

Your mission We’re looking for a (Senior) User Acquisition / Performance Marketing Manager to join exmox and help shape our growth. Bring your creativity and expertise to make a real impact on user acquisition and business results, while working in a collaborative, data-driven environment. In this role you will: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, IronSource, Unity, Liftoff, and others. Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Monitor key metrics, adjust strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance Track and report key metrics regularly. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative user acquisition strategies. You proactively stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices. Xcute Smart – Keep it simple, act pragmatically, and focus on what truly matters. Your profile Have a university degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or a similar qualification. Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, and experience in the mobile gaming industry is a plus. You have experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, SDK video networks (Applovin, Unity, Ironsource) in US and main Tier1 markets. You are creative-minded: you don’t need to design, but you “get” the creative side of marketing. Strong analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset. Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are dedicated, adaptable, and an excellent communicator with colleagues and stakeholders. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is very welcome (other languages are a plus). You have a high affinity for mobile apps and a genuine enthusiasm for games.
