Wir sind die Macher der European Outdoor Film Tour (EOFT), der International Ocean Film Tour und der Bike Film Tour. Neben diesen drei Eigenproduktionen aber auch Lizenznehmer des Banff Centre Mountain Film Festivals und der Reel Rock Film Tour. Als Event- und Kommunikationsagentur sind wir auf die Konzeption, Organisation und Vermarktung von Filmtouren in den Bereichen Outdoor, Sport, Natur und Abenteuer spezialisiert - und das seit 24 Jahren. Insgesamt veranstalten wir pro Jahr fast 1000 Filmtour-Events in ganz Europa. Darüber hinaus betreiben wir unsere eigene Ticketplattform „Outdoor Ticket“ und das Streamingportal „Outdoor Cinema“. Unser Team zählt 46 Mitarbeiter:innen und wird ergänzt durch fünf „On the Road“-Teams mit rund 200 Personen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • als Kopf eines engagierten und kreativen Teams entwickelst du inhaltlich getriebene Kommunikations- und Content-Strategien, mit denen wir unsere Zuschauer:innen begeistern und neue Zielgruppen erreichen
  • du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung & Betreuung auf sämtlichen Kanälen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Kommunikationsteam

  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Programm, Produktion und Eventmanagement unter Berücksichtigung aller Infos und Deadlines

  • Abstimmung von PR-Maßnahmen im Vorfeld und während der Events mit den PR-Verantwortlichen

  • eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Disposition von (freien) Mitarbeiter:innen und Dienstleistern
Qualifikation

Welche Eigenschaften solltest du außerdem mitbringen?

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation, Journalistik o. ä. 
  • innovatives und redaktionelles Denken, um ansprechende Kommunikations- und Content-Strategien zu entwickeln und neue Ideen für Projekte einzubringen.
  • eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte zu koordinieren und Ressourcen effizient zu nutzen 
  • hohe Eigeninitiative und eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck
  • die Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren, Trends zu erkennen und die Kommunikation an sich ändernde Anforderungen anzupassen
  • Erfahrung mit der Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office sowie Content-Management-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
