Aufgaben- Führen von Projekten sowie Prüfen und Koordinieren des Projektfortschrittes durch das Projektteam unter Berücksichtigung der vereinbarten Termine, Kosten und Qualität (Multi-Projektmanagement)
- Durchführen regelmäßiger Reportings bspw. für das Management
- Erarbeiten und Festlegen von Projektzielen mit dem Anforderer sowie Erstellen und Abstimmen der Projekt-Charta mit dem Projektteam
- Organisieren und Strukturieren des Projektes, Erstellen der Projektstruktur und des Projektstaffings in Abstimmung mit den Linienverantwortlichen
- Laufende Aktualisierung der Projektpläne, Projektdokumentation sowie das Erstellen von Statusberichten
- Unterstützen der involvierten Fachbereiche bei der Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Change Requests
- Durchführen von Risikoanalysen und Entwickeln von Gegenmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (bspw. der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder technischer Studiengänge) oder eine äquivalente Berufsausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse und Systeme im TK-Umfeld, der Methoden im Projektmanagements, der unterstützenden Prozesse und der Best Practices
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Vorgehensweise, analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Entscheidungs- und Handlungsbereitschaft auch bei unvollkommener Informationslage
