Mit FEMNA Care bieten wir ein Versorgungsmodell für Menschen mit zyklusassoziierten Beschwerden, so wie Endometriose, PMS, PCOS, Dysmennorhoe und Symptome der Menopause. Es handelt sich um ein 6-monatiges Versorgungsangebot bestehend aus edukativen Schulungsinhalten und persönlichen, interdisziplinären Beratungen durch medizinisches Fachpersonal. Das Angebot wird von vielen Krankenkassen übernommen und ist somit kostenfrei nutzbar für deren Versicherte. Über die Position Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Product Manager/in (m/w/d) (mind. 30h/Woche oder Vollzeit), der unsere digitalen Produkte strategisch weiterentwickelt und die Verbindung zwischen Technik, Design und Community bildet. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Web- und App-Produkte sowie für die Gestaltung von nutzerorientierten Kommunikationsstrategien. Starttermin: ab 01.01.2026 Aufgaben Deine Aufgaben Web & Technologie Eigenständige Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer WordPress-basierten Plattformen mit Elementor Pro Konfiguration und Optimierung von Plugins (ACF, Performance Optimizer, etc.) Umsetzung von Design-Anpassungen mittels HTML/CSS, auch Mithilfe von AI Code Tools Briefing und Koordination mit externen Entwicklern und technischen Dienstleistern Implementierung von Automationen mit Tools wie Make, Zapier oder n8n Mitgestaltung von App-Features und -Funktionalitäten Product & Community Management Konzeption und Gestaltung von Email-Templates und Marketing-Kommunikation Erstellung und Planung von Push-Benachrichtigungen und Community-Posts Erstellung von Content für unsere Nutzer-Community Sicherstellung einer konsistenten und ansprechenden Markenkommunikation Analytics & Produktoptimierung Analyse von Nutzungsdaten und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen Datenbasierte Produktverbesserungen konzipieren und umsetzen A/B-Tests durchführen und auswerten Qualifikation Das bringst du mit Mindestens 3+ Jahre intensive Erfahrung mit WordPress und Elementor Pro Fundierte Kenntnisse in HTML/CSS sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Webdesign Erfahrung mit gängigen WordPress-Plugins und Performance-Optimierung Kenntnisse in SEO, Pagespeed-Optimierung und App-UX Praktische Erfahrung mit Automation-Tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und datengetriebene Arbeitsweise Native Level Deutsch und exzellente Schreibfähigkeiten Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams Benefits Was wir bieten Verantwortungsvolle Position mit direktem Einfluss auf die Produktentwicklung Modernes Tech-Stack und kreative Gestaltungsfreiheit Flexibles Arbeiten und ein motiviertes Team Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem wachsenden Unternehmen Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung mit Lebenslauf, Portfolio, Gehaltsvorstellung und möglichem Startdatum.
