Fidelium verwaltet einen kapitalstarken Fonds deutscher Unternehmerfamilien. Ein langfristiges Fondsvermögen von EUR 103 Mio. steht für die Akquise von Unternehmen, Folgeinvestitionen und Zukäufe zur Verfügung. Hierbei fokussieren wir uns auf den Erwerb und die Entwicklung von Beteiligungen mit deutlichem Wertsteigerungspotential, die von unserem operativen Engagementprofitieren können.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Investment Teams suchen wir einen

Investment Analyst (m/w/d) im Private Equity (Standort München)

Aufgaben
  • Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten im westeuropäischen Raum im Rahmen der Due Diligence prüfen, Businesspläne sowie Unternehmensbewertungen erstellen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen über alle Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle hinweg durchführen
  • Unternehmensstrategien definieren und Maßnahmenpläne zur operativen Effizienzsteigerung erstellen
  • Begleitung der Portfoliounternehmen aus Fonds-Sicht (KPI-Analysen, Financial Modelling etc.)
  • Unterstützung des Monitoring von Portfoliounternehmen und derer operativen Begleitung
  • Direkte Mitarbeit bei allen Aspekten von M&A Prozessen, vom Erwerb (einschließlich der Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen) bis zum erfolgreichen Exit
Qualifikation
  • Mit sehr guten Leistungen abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-, ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studium mit Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
  • Relevante Erfahrung durch erste Berufsjahre in den Bereichen Private Equity, Investmentbanking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services oder Unternehmensberatung
  • Erste/Gute Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Bilanz-, GuV-, Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Herausragende analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office (insbes. Excel und Powerpoint)
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Ausgeprägt gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit - insbesondere im Team
