Investment Banking Analyst

Our client who is a reputable and well-known Investment Bank in Munich is looking for Analyst/Associate to join their team. If you have some M&A experience between 1-4/5 years please send me your CV and I'll get in touch with you to discuss the role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, including valuation modeling, financial statement analysis, and industry research.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations.
- Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying potential clients and participating in pitch meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance strongly preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- German language is a MUST.
