Unter der Marke Famango betreibt die Juvigo GmbH eine Buchungsplattform für Familienreisen. Unser internationales Team sitzt in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
Aufgaben- Projektmanagement: Du unterstützt ein erfahrenes Team bei der Aufbau einer neuen Online-Buchungsplattform (OTA) für Familienreisen und Urlaub mit Kindern
- Produktmanagement: Deine Aufgabe ist es, das Produktangebot für unsere neue Online-Plattform auszubauen
- Content-Management: Du erstellst wertvollen Content zu unseren Reisen (Beschreibung, Landingpages, Bebilderung) in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Digital Marketing: Du schreibst SEO-optimierte Texte für unser Online-Magazin
- Customer Communication Management: Du unterstützt unser Team bei Beratung und Verkauf von Familienreisen (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat) sowie bei der Abwicklung von Buchungen und Reservierungen
- Networking und Events: Gemeinsam mit unserem Team planst du Events und nimmst an Fachmessen (z.B. ITB Berlin) teil, auf denen du mit unseren Partnern in persönlichen Kontakt kommst und dein Netzwerk ausbaust
- Du hast einen touristischen, geistes- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund bzw. Studiengang und schreibst in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zielorientiert und beharrlich an einer Aufgabe
- Du bist kommunikativ, motiviert und hast Lust, unser Produkt bekannt zu machen
- Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
- Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und bringst aber eigene Ideen ein
- Freiwilliges Praktikum oder Pflichtpraktikum
- Dauer mindestens 3 Monate, mehr ist möglich (z.B. 4, 5 oder 6 Monate)
- Start flexibel, z.B. im Juni, Juli, August, September oder Oktober 2024
