Für einen Internationalen Distributor, mit Schwerpunkt Flavours und Food Ingredients suchen wir HEAD OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS & QUALITY MANAGEMENT (M/W/D) Teamführung von 6 Mitarbeitern 4 Tage office pro Woche 1 Tag home office pro Woche Aufgaben Das erwartet Sie:Führung & Teamentwicklung: Fachliche Führung des Teams ( ca. 6 Mitarbeitende), Planung von Kapazitäten, Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Förderung einer leistungsstarken Teamkultur. Strategische Verantwortung für Qualität & Regulatory Affairs: Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts- und Regulierungsmanagements entlang gesetzlicher Vorgaben und unternehmensweiter Standards. Regulatorische Bewertung & Produktspezifikationen: Prüfung rechtlicher Anforderungen, Freigabe von Etiketten, Erstellung von Deklarationsempfehlungen und Pflege von Produktspezifikationen. Qualitätsmanagement & Zertifizierungen: Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des QM-Systems inkl. Planung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits (z. B. ISO 9001, Bio, RSPO, Fairtrade, GFSI). Risikomanagement & Krisenprozesse: Bewertung regulatorischer Risiken, Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen und Umsetzung eines wirksamen Krisenmanagements. Lieferanten- & Schnittstellenmanagement: Auswahl, Steuerung und Freigabe von Lieferanten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung durchgängiger Qualitätsprozesse. Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Biotechnologie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Bereich QM / QS /Regulatory Affairs für Food und/oder Beverages ist zwingend erforderlich Expertise im Lieferantenmanagement, in der Durchführung von Audits und in der Erstellung regulatorischer Strategien Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von QM-Systemen (z. B. ISO 9001, HACCP, IFS) sowie im Risikomanagement Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit Organisationsgeschick und einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab Erfahrung in Lebensmittelsicherheit Bitte machen Sie als Anschreiben eine kurze Präsentation über die Punkte in Requirements/Qualifikation
