Wir sind eine Strategieberatung mit Fokus auf Finanzinvestoren und M&A Transaktionen und schaffen messbaren Mehrwert entlang des gesamten Investment-Lebenszyklus. Mit unseren Due-Diligence Prozessen und spezifischen Wertschöpfungsstrategien generieren wir Insights, liefern konkrete Umsetzungs-Roadmaps und implementieren diese, um überlegene Investitionen ermöglichen.

Aufgaben
  • (Teil-)Verantwortung bei Projekten in den Bereichen Strategie, Transaktionen und Wertsteigerung, insbesondere bei der Erstellung von Commercial Due Diligence Reports für einzelne Workstreams
  • Durchführung von Recherchetätigkeiten und Führen von Expertengesprächen für die Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Entwicklung von Marktmodellen und Erarbeitung und Validierung Businessplänen
  • Mitwirkung bei Akquisetätigkeiten und Kundenmanagement
  • Aktive Mitarbeit beim Business Development/ bei der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften (oder vergleichbarem Studiengang) mit hervorragenden Studienleistungen
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen in der Unternehmensberatung (Strategieberatung, M&A vorteilhaft) oder im Private Equity Umfeld, insbesondere im Bereich Commercial Due Diligence
  • Herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten, hohe Lernbereitschaft, Ergebnisorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Excel und Power Point
