Deine Aufgaben Kundenbetreuung: Ansprechpartner:in für alle Anliegen unserer Bestandskund:innen, schnelle und kompetente Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat. After-Sales & Support: Unterstützung bei Vertragsverlängerungen, Zusatzleistungen und Problemen während der Nutzung. Koordination & Schnittstellenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Operations, Marketing und Finance zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe. Reklamationsmanagement und Mahnwesen: Professionelle Bearbeitung von Beschwerden und Unterstützung bei Problemlösungen sowie die Verwaltung offener Zahlungen und proaktive Kontaktaufnahme bei Zahlungsrückständen Dokumentation & Reporting: Pflege aller Kundenkontakte im CRM (Salesforce, Amadeus Delfi) und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen.
