At Pyne, we’re on a mission to automate SaaS demos through AI-driven storytelling directly from within the product.
As a Founding Sr. Growth Manager, you will work directly with the CEO Roman, and be the founding go-to-market person. You will be responsible for building the demand generation strategy from the ground up and be the first point of contact for potential customers.
Your mission is to help Pyne become the market leader for demo automation by creating a predictable demand engine through building out the brand and managing and scaling commercial experiments.

  • has a track record of GTM expertise (check Linkedin)
  • has mentored dozens of salespeople before and is a former CRO of a Series B company
  • is a 2nd-time entrepreneur (the first company sold to SAP)

⚠️ Why might this role not be for you?

  • You prefer environments with lots of structure. Even though you’ll have lots of support, you’ll be fully responsible for the outcomes. You will have to make many decisions independently and bear the ambiguity (e.g. what experiments and initiatives to prioritize, what tools to acquire, etc.).
  • You’re looking for a 9 - 5 job. You’re expected to hustle with us and shape a competitive, go-getter culture.
  • You have no previous experience with outbound sales and demand gen.
  • You’ll have to “do things that don’t scale” - and, if necessary, there will be a lot of it. There might be days where you’re spending hours on Linkedin because you’ve figured out a working way to create demand there. The person we look for in this role can embrace that “whatever it takes to reach the goal” is the most exciting task.
  • You’re not comfortable with owning a target for a process that has not been fully figured out. In this role, you’re responsible for whether our lead gen works out, and no one cares more than you that we’re hitting our lead gen goals - even if it requires holding other people in the company accountable.
Tasks

🎯 Your 1st goals are:

  • to generate 20 qualified leads per month through a mix of demand generation and outbound sales activities (within the next 3 months)
  • to build a LinkedIn followership of 6k target personas over the next year and generate 50% of leads inbound (1-year goal)

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Managing commercial experiments: from outbound email sequences, AdWords ads, and content growth hacks, to launching hyper-local LinkedIn ads for event participants, you will own the entire pipeline of our GTM experiments
  • Building a lead gen content machine: build up a LinkedIn brand in our target segment, starting with Roman’s account and then replicating this process for your own account.
  • Engagement & Nurturing: Develop relationships with key decision-makers and champions, nurturing leads through personalised communication and follow-ups
  • Creating lead and target contact lists: with tools like Clay and Phantombuster to build out one of our big GTM assets for future automation - our prospect database
  • Joining events: to network and connect people from our industry
  • Qualifying leads: once we have enough demand, lead prospect conversations to qualify opportunities
  • Processing market feedback: Gather and share valuable feedback from prospects to help refine our product offering and create content pieces for our brand
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
  • Revenue Operations: set up and manage our internal GTM system, including tooling, processes, and reporting.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Most importantly: you’ll be able to shape your own path as long as you ensure we’re hitting our lead-gen targets.

Requirements

Experiences:

We require

  • at least 2 years of experience with b2b demand generation and a track record of overperforming set targets.

A big plus ➕➕

  • ideally in an early-stage b2b SaaS environment
  • built up a brand from scratch before
  • managed both outbound and inbound channels
  • German and English at professional proficiency

A plus ➕

  • experience working with AI tools and systems to generate demand
  • strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and LinkedIn brand-building
  • previous touchpoints with b2b SaaS demos, onboarding, and/or product-led-growth
  • track record of high performance in tier 1 uni, sports, or other hobbies
  • existing b2b SaaS network

  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
