WMM – Weber Marketing- und Marktforschung GmbH ist ein
international tätiger Marktforschungs- und Felddienstleister. Gegründet 2004 in
Hamburg betreut WMM seine Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Organisation, Umsetzung
und Optimierung ihrer Studien. Dies umfasst u.a. Testpersonenrekrutierung,
Studiovermittlung, quantitative und qualitative Befragungen (diverse Methoden).

Aufgaben

Als Field Operation Manager
unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der täglichen Arbeit und sind verantwortlich
für die Kommunikation unseres Unternehmens mit allen externen Ansprechpartnern.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a. folgende Tätigkeiten:
Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen qualitativen & quantitativen
Projekten im Feldbereich
Unterstützung eigener Marketingaktivitäten
Arbeitsplanung von freien Mitarbeitern und Aushilfen
Projektassistenz / -management
Datenbankpflege
Qualitätskontrolle

Qualifikation

Sie sind eine selbständige und gut organisierte
Persönlichkeit, die es gewohnt ist eigenverantwortlich, selbständig und verantwortungsvoll zu arbeiten.
Kreativität, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie haben
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, haben Erfahrungen mit MS Office-Programmen und
arbeiten strukturiert so wie zielorientiert. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in
Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind obligatorisch.
