Our mission: to create powerful offline learning experiences built on communication, creativity, community and language. We’re a growing education startup entering a new phase of scale. In 2026 we will deliver 120+ projects, expand into new product lines and grow our team. To support this next chapter, we are hiring a part-time Operations Lead / Chief of Staff - someone who will become part of the operational backbone of LevelUp. Tasks This is a high-trust, high-impact position working directly with the CEO and all department leads. You will: Coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments Support Schools & Academics (departments) with trainer scheduling, prep, and organisation Coordinate with Camps and Adult Education teams to ensure smooth operations and logistics. Build, maintain, and improve internal systems, processes, and automations Ensure clean communication flow across teams and projects Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives Prepare internal documents, plans, communication, and operational materials Remove operational pressure from CEO so they can focus on growth Requirements You are part strategist, part project manager, part solution-finder.
