Bei easybill stehen wir für Kundenorientierung, ein exzellentes Produkt und großartigen Kunden-Support. Damit unser Produkt noch besser wird und wir unsere Kunden weiterhin glücklich machen können, möchten wir unser Produkt-Team vergrößern. Wir suchen die Unterstützung eines Product Owners, der strategische Ziele, technische Herausforderungen und Kundenwünsche in Einklang bringt.

Aufgaben
  • Du führst das Product Backlog und priorisierst Features und Maßnahmen anhand der Unternehmensziele
  • Du übernimmst die Konzeption und steuerst die Umsetzung und den Livegang neuer Features
  • Du bist immer up-to-date zu branchenrelevanten oder technischen Veränderungen
  • Du bist absoluter Teamplayer und arbeitest eng mit Softwareentwicklern, dem Marketing, UI/UX Designern, Testern und vielen weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen
  • Im Entscheidungsprozess stehst du in engem, regelmäßigem Austausch mit unseren Teamleads und der Geschäftsführung und bringst dich bei der Roadmap-Erstellung ein
  • Du hältst deine KPIs stets im Blick und trägst mit datenbasierten Entscheidungen maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei
  • Du hast die Kunden immer im Fokus deiner Überlegungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Features sie voll und ganz begeistern
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig.
  • Du kennst dich mit agilen Methoden aus und kannst dich dieser als Werkzeuge bedienen.
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Easybill ist eine cloudbasierte Rechnungssoftware, die Selbstständigen, KMU und E-Commerce-Unternehmen die Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnung erleichtert und diese automatisiert. Rechnungen können innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden steuerlich korrekt erstellt und durch eine Schnittstelle zum Steuerberater übermittelt werden.

Bei Easybill arbeiten wir Remote-First, sodass dein Wohnort keine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Unsere festen Standorte befinden sich in Forchheim und Willich. Bei regelmäßigen Team-Events kommen wir trotzdem gerne zusammen, um uns auszutauschen und auch mal zu feiern. Unsere regelmäßigen Hackathons solltest du dir nicht entgehen lassen
