- Sie lieben es, die Projektleitung effektiv bei der Arbeit zu unterstützen, und durch Ihren Support Projekte zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss zu bringen?

- In Ihrer Funktion übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben, die für die Zielerreichung der Projekte wichtig sind
- Sie arbeiten direkt mit unseren Experten und namhaften Kunden aus der Lebensmittelindustrie und SAP Welt
DIESE AUFGABEN VERANTWORTEN SIE
- Sicherstellung, dass die Projektleitung effektiv arbeiten kann und Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden
- Mitwirkung bei der Kommunikation und Koordination der Beratungsprojekte zwischen Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern bzgl. Projektphasen, Terminen und Meilensteine
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Dokumentationen, Updates, Präsentations-, Schulungs- und Workshopmaterialien, Veranstaltungsvorbereitung
- Qualitätsbezogene Aufgaben wie z.B. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards für Projektunterlagen und Arbeitsprodukte
- Auswertung von Projekt-Reports, -controlling und Berichtswesen (z.B. Termine, Kosten, Qualität)
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse im PMO
DIESE QUALIFIKATIONEN BRINGEN SIE MIT
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Support Specialist (PMO) oder ähnliche Expertise wie z.B. Assistenz im Projektwesen/Projektmanagement oder Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
- Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation / Berufserfahrung mit kaufmännischem oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Hintergrund
- Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation, administrativen Unterstützung, Veranstaltungsmanagement
- MS-Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise erste Berührung zur SAP-Systemlandschaft
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse
