Hast du Lust als Team Lead der Sales Development Representatives mit uns und deinem Team gemeinsam die Mission von 1 zu 10 Mio ARR anzugehen? Arbeite mit uns im Berliner Office oder flexibel hybrid, Vollzeit. Starte ab sofort oder in den nächsten 4 Monaten.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich das aktuell 5-köpfige SDR-Team, stellst neue SDRs ein und bildest sie aus
  • Dabei hast du die KPI's im Blick und schaffst eine Atmosphäre, in der jede*r individuell seine Ziele erreichen kann
  • Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran: Du hast deine eigene Sales Pipe und gewinnst Kund*innen für Matera
  • Gemeinsam mit unserer VP Sales und unserem Country Manager gehst du operative und strategische Projekte an und legst damit den Grundstein für unser weiteres, steiles Wachstum auf dem deutschen Markt
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung in der Führung und dem Training von Teammitgliedern
  • Du hast mind. 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit starkem Track Record
  • Du scheust Dich nicht davor, bestehende Prozesse in Frage zu stellen und innovative Ideen zu entwickeln
  • Du bist analytisch und strukturiert und kennst die KPIs deines Teams auswendig

Seit 2017 sind wir auf dem französischen Markt aktiv und machen bereits jeden Tag das Leben von mehr als 100.000 Wohnungseigentümer*innen besser. In Deutschland haben wir seit 2021 ebenfalls einen großartigen Start mit einem ambitionierten Team hingelegt.
