Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Head of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (m/w/d) für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen und das Wachstum des Data Teams voranzutreiben.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die Leitung des Data Teams und leistest einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.

Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Dich erwartet eine Kundenservice-Plattform, die sich darauf konzentriert, Unternehmen mit Vertrieb-Expert*innen auf der ganzen Welt zusammenzubringen. Das Unternehmen arbeitet mit mehr als 30.000 Customer Care Agent*innen zusammen und ermöglicht ihnen, andere Unternehmen über die digitale Plattform Remote-Support anzubieten.

Sei verantwortlich für:
  • Den Data Products & Analytics-Bereich, um mit einem starken Team und leistungsfähigen Daten-Produkten ein wesentlicher Treiber für das weitere Wachstum von unseren Portfoliounternehemn zu sein
  • Die Vision und die Strategie für den Bereich auf Basis einer skalierbaren Daten-Architektur, Governance und -Infrastruktur und treibst damit die Entwicklung der datengetriebenen Arbeitsweise bei yoummday voran
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT & Engineering. Du schaffst die Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur und identifizierst gemeinsam mit dem C- & VP-Level sowie weiteren Stakeholdern die relevanten Bereiche, in denen wir mit Daten-Produkten als Unternehmen besser werden können
  • Die Entwicklung deines Teams aus Data Engineers, Scientists und Analysts sowie Data Product Managern und baust es mit weiteren starken Talenten aus, wobei du mit deiner Arbeitsweise als Vorbild agierst
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenarchitektur, Infrastruktur, Analytik und Datensystemen (Data Warehouse, integration of diverse data sources, Transformation, Orchestration, Governance, Machine Learning, Dashboards)
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im Aufbau und der Führung von Data-Teams und bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von Daten-Produkten erzielt, die Rentabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit verbessert haben
  • Unternehmerischen Spirit und einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn mit
  • Leidenschaft für Analytics und Daten-Produkte und trägst gerne in einem stark wachsenden Unternehmen zur Etablierung einer unternehmensweiten Datenkultur bei
  • Du kommunizierst gern in deutscher und englischer Sprache und bringst natürlich eine gesunde Portion mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenarchitektur, Infrastruktur, Analytik und Datensystemen (Data Warehouse, integration of diverse data sources, Transformation, Orchestration, Governance, Machine Learning, Dashboards)
