Als Planning Officer bist du der/die Meister:in der Dienstpläne, geschickt balancierst du zwischen betrieblichen Anforderungen und Trainingsplänen. Deine Spezialität? Eine FTE-Berechnung, die jeden Knoten entwirrt. Die Zeiterfassung evaluierst du mit der Präzision eines Uhrmachers. Und die Urlaubsplanung ist dein cleverer Schachzug, der für glückliche Gesichter sorgt.

Aufgaben
  • Dienstplanung, die effizienzorientiert ist und die betrieblichen Anforderungen geschickt mit den notwendigen Trainingsmaßnahmen verknüpft.
  • Bedarfsplanung (FTE Berechnung)
  • Erstellung von entsprechenden Statistiken
  • Evaluierung der Zeiterfassung auf wöchentlicher und monatlicher Basis
  • Urlaubsplanung
Qualifikation
  • Exzellente Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sowie versierte MS-Office, besonders Excel, und IT-Kenntnisse.
  • Kenntnisse von "Inform" und "Workforce+" von Vorteil
  • Proaktive Organisationsstärke mit der Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu planen und zu handeln.
  • Teamplayer mit klarer und effizienter Kommunikationsweise, gepaart mit Genauigkeit und Detailorientierung.
  • Ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und Stressresistenz sowie ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis.
  • Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis.
