Aufgaben

Das machst du bei uns

  • Du verantwortest von Anfang an einzelne Phasen innerhalb eines M&A-Prozesses
  • Du erstellst Investment-Teaser und Informationsmemoranda
  • Du erarbeitest mit Investoren und Unternehmen individuelle und umsetzbare M&A-Strategien
  • Du modellierst Businesspläne, erstellst Unternehmens-bewertungen, integrierst Finanzmodelle, erarbeitest Entscheidungsunterlagen und stellst diese intern und bei Kunden vor
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt du im Business Development im Rahmen von Studien sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Pitches
Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast Dein Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher, naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen bei einer Strategie- oder Managementberatung sammeln
  • Du hast überdurchschnittlich ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und kommunizierst sicher in deutscher wie in englischer Sprache
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. PowerPoint und Excel)
  • Die bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Drive mit, arbeitest dabei sehr gerne in kleinen Teams
