Risk Analyst / Transaction Compliance

Aufgaben

Monitoring der Kontrolle der regulatorischen Anforderungen an das Trading- und Treasury-Compliance Framework / Laufenden Analyse der Qualität der operativen, regulatorischen und Compliance-Risiken in den Handelssystemen / Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Anpassungen und Optimierungen der internen Kontrollsysteme in den Handelsprozessen / Verbesserung der Risikostrukturen und Risikotransparenz im Frontbereich mit den Tradern, den Relationship und Portfolio Managern / Koordination des Change Managements bei der Anpassung der Verordnungen / Laufende Überwachung der Vorschriften bezüglich Mitarbeitergeschäften auf den lokalen und internationalen Finanzmärkten (Insiderhandel, Marktmanipulation) / Weiterentwicklung des Risk Frameworks und der Compliance für das Trading und Treasury / Erhöhung der Sicherheit in den Handelssystemen und innerhalb der Handelsprozesse / Bewertung von Risiken und Reporting von Kennzahlen an das Senior Management, einschliesslich deren Kommentierung und Einschätzungen der Qualität zu Themen wie Compliance und Mitarbeiterverhalten / Präsentationen / Mitarbeiterschulungen / Projektarbeit in Konzernprojekten.

Qualifikation

Master- oder Bachelor-Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Banking & Finance oder Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht / Berufserfahrung auf der Bank (Compliance) oder in der Beratung bzw. Wirtschaftsprüfung / Kenntnisse der Finanzmärkte und Investmentprodukte sowie Interesse an Compliance-Themen und an der Bankenregulierung / Interesse an Kontrolltätigkeiten und Projektmanagement / Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich / Analytische und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten / Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und dynamischer Charakter / Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein / Starke interpersonelle und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten / Deutsch und Englisch.
