Aufgrund deiner Erfahrung im Sales oder Key Account Management bei (digitalen oder Außenwerbe-) Vermarktern, Media-Agenturen oder Handelsunternehmen weißt du, wie wir unser Geschäft gemeinsam mit Werbetreibenden und Agenturen nach vorne bringen und den Retail Mediamarkt in Deutschland gestalten können?
Ein beratender Sales-Ansatz, Full-Funnel Media-Strategien, einzigartige Targeting-Möglichkeiten und die Messung und Optimierung von Werbewirkungen sind für dich gelernte Bereiche, die dich motivieren?

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt DICH: Sales Manager (M/W/D) bei der Marketing of Moments GmbH - egal ob Junior oder Senior.
Aufgaben- Du führst und entwickelst das Geschäft mit Werbetreibenden und Mediaagenturen im Demand Side Sales Team der Marketing of Moments GmbH inkl. Umsatz-Verantwortung. Hierbei berichtest Du an den Head of Sales.
- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team und unseren Kooperationspartnern
maßgeschneiderte Retail-Media-Strategien & Angebote, dabei arbeitest du eng mit
unserem Operations-Team an der erfolgreichen Umsetzung. - Du hast stets unsere Prozesse im Blick und hilfst aktiv bei der Workflow-Optimierung.
- Du betreibst aktiv interne und externe Wissensvermittlung bei allen Themen rund um Retail Media.
- Du gestaltest den Alltag für alle Beteiligten positiv und motivierend.
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mediaplanung / -beratung
und / oder Sales, vorzugsweise bei einem DOOH- oder OOH-Vermarkter, in einer Agentur oder in einem Handelsunternehmen vorzugsweise im Bereich Retail Media. - Du hast starke und überzeugende Sales- & Verhandlungs-Skills.
- Du hast großes Interesse am Retail-Media-Markt, der sich momentan stark entwickelt.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch Proaktivität, Selbstständigkeit und Kreativität
- Du fühlst dich in einer dynamischen Start-Up Welt mit flachen Hierarchien wohl.
