Als Senior Delivery and Project Manager (m/f/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für unseren Projekterfolg und begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung ihrer Digitalisierungsprojekte, von der Beratung und Teamaufstellung bis zum Go-live und sorgst dabei für eine ausgewogene Berücksichtigung unserer Business-Interessen und Kundenwünsche.

Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung ihrer Digitalisierungsprojekte. Über die Beratung und das Team-Setup für den Projektstart, bis hin zum Go-live. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Projekte & Controlling: Du leitest unsere Kundenprojekte in den Bereichen Web, App, IoT, Workflows und Cloud und bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung, das Controlling sowie die Verrechnung der Teams und unserer Aufträge
  • Risk Management: Du identifizierst Risiken und Probleme vorausschauend, kommunizierst diese proaktiv und ergreifst die richtigen Maßnahmen
  • Proposal Management: Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertrieb, den Architekten und unseren Digital Consultants übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Angebotserstellung
  • Staffing: Du übernimmst die Einsatzplanung und Organisation für kurze und mittlere Service-Aufträge
Qualifikation

Du kannst klar und effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern kommunizieren und hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent? Du erkennst Probleme frühzeitig, entwickelst effiziente Lösungen und gehst flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen ein? Perfekt Dann brauchst du auf der technischen Seite noch:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position - idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen
  • Vertrautheit mit Digitalisierung und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und einschlägige Erfahrung mit agiler IT-Projekt- und Serviceleitung (Angebotserstellung, Setup, Organisation der Delivery, Controlling und Verrechnung) sowie mit der Leitung von agilen Projektteams
  • Routine im Umgang mit Kunden und den Überblick, wenn es z.B. beim Projektstart oder Go-live komplex und intensiv wird
  • Fähigkeit, klare Grenzen zu ziehen und kommunikative Spannungen zu meistern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
