Deine Aufgaben
  • Du überwachst die Produkt- und Lieferqualität unserer externen Lieferanten und baust ein QM-System auf
  • Du steuerst die Logistikdienstleister und hältst Business Review Meetings
  • Du koordinierst Projekte in der Lager- und Montagelogistik
  • Du erarbeitest kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, sowohl in Bezug auf Qualitäts- als auch auf Logistikthemen
  • Du erstellst und monitorst Qualitäts- und Logistik-Kennzahlen (KPI)
  • Du bewertest die internationalen Supply Chain Risiken, erstellst Reportings und berichtest an unser Management
  • Transparente, regelmäßige Kommunikation sowie cross-funktionale Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B. Procurement, Product Innovation und Customer Service)
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management/Logistik und/oder Qualitätsmanagement – Erfahrungen im Bereich Speditionswesen wünschenswert
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einer strategischen Ausrichtung sowie einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Du analysierst Fehlerursachen und erarbeitest kosten- und serviceorientierte Lösungen
  • Mit Excel, PowerPoint und Word bist du sehr vertraut
  • Du besitzt Kenntnissen in ERP-Systemen
  • Du bringst Reisebereitschaft für regelmäßige Besuche unseren zweiten Standorts und des nahe gelegenen zentralen Logistiklagers mit
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
