Tender Specialist

**Your Mission**:
As a Tender Specialist (M/F/d), you coordinate project and special prices. You will also support the sales department in tender processing. This includes obtaining and reviewing documents, formulating bidder questions and compiling product information in cooperation with the product managers.

**What will you do**: Sales support**:

- Supporting the key account manager in customer acquisition and qualification
- Interface between distribution, dealers, end customers and sales for projects and offers

**Maintenance of the CRM system**:

- Maintenance of the pipeline/forecast
- Support in updating the opportunities

**Tender publications**:

- Daily sifting of publications
- Documentation of relevant tenders in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool under MS-Dynamics
- Informing the sales staff

**Collaboration in the processing of tenders**:

- Collecting and requesting tender documents
- Initial evaluation of the documents
- Completion and completion of questionnaires
- Compilation of environmental and other required certificates
- Comparison of competitor products

**Coordination of project and special awards**:

- Price calculations, project price check
- Coordination of queries

**What we ask for**:

- Commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Good command of English
