Deine Rolle

Als Director Technology and Engineering (mit der Perspektive auf eine zukünftige CTO-Rolle) führst du unser Engineering-Team in die nächste Entwicklungsphase. Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung und Zulassung unserer innovativen Hard- und Softwareprodukte für Krebstherapiezentren.

Aufgaben

Leitung der Produktentwicklung:

Du überführst unsere Ideenphase in ein marktfähiges, skalierbares Medizinprodukt – unter höchsten Qualitäts- und Regulierungsstandards. Dabei setzt du auf agile Methoden, um das Prototyping effizient voranzutreiben und in kurzen Iterationen kontinuierlich Feedback von unserem klinischen Team und unseren Stakeholdern zu integrieren. So stellst du sicher, dass das Produkt flexibel an die Bedürfnisse des Marktes und der Nutzer angepasst wird.

Führung des interdisziplinären Teams:

Du leitest ein vielseitiges Team aus Ingenieuren, Softwareentwicklern und Experten der Medizintechnik. Dabei schaffst du eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit und Innovation, förderst den Austausch zwischen den Fachbereichen und stellst sicher, dass alle technischen Disziplinen effizient ineinandergreifen – von der Idee bis zum marktreifen Produkt.

Integration aller Disziplinen:

Von Mechanik und Elektronik bis hin zur Softwareintegration und Cybersecurity: Du koordinierst und leitest die technische Umsetzung.

Schnittstelle zu Regulatorik und klinischem Team:

Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte den Anforderungen der Medizintechnik-Standards entsprechen (z. B. MDR) und gleichzeitig klinische Bedürfnisse optimal erfüllen.

Qualifikation

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

Berufserfahrung: Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer interdisziplinären Position mit Verantwortung für Mechanik, Elektronik und Softwareintegration, idealerweise in der Entwicklung von Medizintechnikprodukten.

Führungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams und in der Anwendung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden.

Technisches Wissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in mechanischer Konstruktion, elektrischer/elektronischer Schaltungstechnik und Softwareanwendungen in der Medizintechnik.

Regulatorische Kenntnisse: Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Technikstandards und Zertifizierungen, bspw. EN ISO 13485 und/oder Zertifizierungsprozessen bei der FDA, wünschenswert aber keine Bedingung

Analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Erfahrung im Projekt-management, bevorzugt in agilen Methoden

Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation: Starke Fähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Anforderungen verständlich zu kommunizieren.
