Specialist Innovation and Funding (w/m/div)
Have you gained initial experience in project management and are interested in publicly funded R&D&I cooperation projects? Then support our team in the area of Innovation & Funding at our location in Dresden Within the team, you will accompany and develop projects in forward-looking technology and application fields. You will be involved in the planning, application, and implementation of funding projects, including communication with stakeholders.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Support various departments in selecting innovative research topics related to public funding announcements
  • Initiation and application for national and international research projects with partners along the value chain, from research institutes to end-users
  • Support for the management of publicly funded R&D&I cooperation projects in various technology and application fields relevant to Infineon at both national and international level
  • Management of databases and knowledge management-tools as well as reporting of project results
  • Communication with various stakeholders
This position is limited to 24 months.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Completed a university degree in the field of engineering or economics
  • First experience in applying for funding projects
  • Bring motivation and interest in project management (e.g., experience in dealing with interdisciplinary stakeholder groups)
  • Demonstrate strong team, communication, and organizational skills, as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
  • Be able to communicate fluently in both German and English

Infineon Technologies Dresden GmbH & Co. KG is one of the largest production sites of Infineon Technologies AG with more than 3,200 employees. Every week thousands of silicon wafers pass through the highly complex production system in our high end clean room.
