Tasks🚀 What You’ll Do as a Junior Salesforce Admin:
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and ensure data integrity
- Customise page layouts, fields, and record types
- Bring AI into business processes
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Build dashboards, reports, and workflows
- Automate tasks with Flows
- Improve user experience with Lightning component
- Train and support the team with Salesforce best practices
- Document processes and maintain system records
- Collaborate with POs, developers, and stakeholders
- Gather requirements for system improvements - WE EMBRACE CHANGE
💼 What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven mindset
- Easy-going yet responsible, with a positive, supportive attitude
- 1+ years in an admin role (Salesforce experience is a must)
- Salesforce admin skills and troubleshooting
- You do not need fast-paced environments to be dynamic, moving fast is in your DNA
