Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Transferpreisdokumentationen
  • Meldungen in gleichartigen Steuergebieten (z.B. Masterfile, CbCR, Pillar II, DAC6)
  • Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Betriebsprüfungen
  • Begleitung von Sonderprojekten, M&A-Sachverhalten und Implementierung von Gesetzesänderungen im Bereich Verrechnungspreise
  • Ansprechpartner für steuerliche Fragestellungen für andere Abteilungen, Tochterunternehmen, Behörden, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen steuerlichen Beratern steuern
  • Ausarbeitung von steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Prüfung von Kunden- und Lieferantenverträgen sowie Intercompany-Verträgen
  • Begleitung und Review von Steuerberechnungen und -planungen zum Quartals- und Jahresabschluss
  • Begleitung und Review von in- und ausländischen Steuererklärungen inklusive Bescheidprüfung und Betreuung von Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiums mit Schwerpunkt in Finanzen, Steuern und Rechnungswesen
  • Zusätzliche Qualifikationen im Steuerwesen oder die angestrebte Steuerberaterprüfung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Verrechnungspreise, Unternehmenssteuern, internationale Steuern sowie M&A ist wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften sowie der Compliance-Anforderungen.
  • Analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb einer Organisation
  • Teamorientierung, Engagement, Lernbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gekonnter Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und DATEV; Kenntnisse in Infolog und IDEA sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Niveau)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1 Niveau)
