Als Legal Counsel (m/f/x) bist Du unser:e interne:r Ansprechpartner:in für sämtliche rechtliche Fragestellungen im Unternehmensalltag. Als Teil unseres Legal Teams liegt in Deinen Händen die unternehmensweite Betreuung aller rechtlichen Themen und Aufgaben. Du arbeitest aktiv in der Vertragsgestaltung und bei Datenschutzprozessen mit und entwickelst Richtlinien und Leitfäden für Salesfive.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung von Entscheidungsträger*innen aller operativen Geschäftsbereiche bei der Analyse und Lösung geschäftsrelevanter rechtlicher Fragestellungen
  • Gestaltung und Prüfung von Kundenverträgen, Arbeitsverträgen, Lieferantenverträgen
  • Entwicklung von Vertragstemplates, Entscheidungsvorlagen, Richtlinien und Schulungsmaterialien sowie Überwachung von deren Einhaltung und Konformität
  • Compliance: Erkennen und Managen von unternehmensspezifischen Risiken
Qualifikation
  • Du bist Volljurist*in oder Wirtschaftsjurist*in
  • Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmen und praktische Erfahrung in Inhouse-relevanten Rechtsgebieten wie allgemeines Vertragsrecht, Arbeitsrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Kenntnisse im Datenschutz und IT-(Vertrags)recht sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge und blickst auch gerne über den juristischen Tellerrand hinaus
  • Dich zeichnet ein hohes Engagement, eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch aus
