**Meine Aufgaben**
- In ihrer neuen Rolle übernehmen Sie die Charakterisierung von Produktvarianten therapeutischer Proteine
- Hierzu gehört insbesondere die Planung und Durchführung von Proteinvarianten-Aufreinigungen (z.B. Ladungsvarianten, Größenvarianten und weitere) mittels analytischer oder (semi-) präparativer Flüssigchromatographie
- Zudem planen und bearbeiten sie Forced Degradation Studien z.B. oxidativer Stress, pH Stress und weitere
- Darüber hinaus sind sie für die Durchführung von Flüssigchromatographie-basierten Analysen therapeutischer Proteine verantwortlich so z.B. Größenausschluss-Chromatographie, Ionenaustausch-Chromatographie und weitere
- Sie übernehmen Kapillarelektrophorese-basierte Analysen therapeutischer Proteine so z.B. Kapillargelelektrophorese, Kapillarzonenelektrophorese und weitere
- Die Erstellung und Pflege von Datenzusammenfassungen, Präsentationen und Berichten

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant, Biologielaborant oder vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Proteinchemie und Biochemie
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Flüssigchromatographie-basierten Proteinanalytik sowie -fraktionierung
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Kapillarelektrophorese-basierten Proteinanalytik
- Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse in allen gängigen Office-Anwendungen sowie in Origin
- Fundierte Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und organisierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
