Ein Tag bei uns in der Qualitätskontrolle

Als Quality Control Technician (m/w/d) in der Biopharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle bist Du für die selbstständige Durchführung von Analysen im Rahmen der Qualitätskontrolle biotechnologisch hergestellter Produkte zuständig. Das Methodenspektrum umfasst verschiedene photometrische und chromatographische Untersuchungen mit unterschiedlichen Detektionsarten. Des Weiteren führst Du selbstständig die Dokumentation und Auswertung der Untersuchungen entsprechend gültiger Regularien durch. Zudem bist Du zusammen mit Deinem Team für die Betreuung und Qualifizierung der analytischen Systeme, als auch für die Validierung und Pflege neuer und bestehender Methoden zuständig. Weiter gehört die Erstellung von GMP-relevanten Dokumenten (Standardarbeitsanweisungen) und Bearbeitung von qualitätssichernden Vorgängen (Änderungsanträge, Abweichungen, CAPA) zu Deinen Aufgaben.

eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemielaborant (m/w/d), CTA (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen? idealerweise angewandte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Photometrie, Chromatographie und biochemischer Analytik (Protein- und Glycananalytik) oder möchten Sie sich diese aneignen? bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Qualifizierung analytischer Systeme? EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, analytische Anwendersoftware) und gute Englischkenntnisse? erste Kenntnisse über die GxP-Regularien im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle?
