German Project Control Specialist

**Job Description**:

**A day in the life of a successful Admin / Project Control Specialist can look like**:

- Maintain internal reports based on guidelines. Ensure the reporting is accurate and timely.
- External systems: Submit requests to obtain Cadastral and Title deed information to municipalities that are included in the project. Collect necessary information and upload it into the system.
- Perform necessary tasks, getting the full information about the location where the prospective contract will be signed; check the possibility of construction, get the Grid connection in place, other requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English
- Fluency in either Spanish, French or Italian strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- Administrative experience is preferred
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
