As a Group Manufacturing Engineering Project Leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible to coordinate Product and Manufacturing projects to assure timely execution of our activities delivering wide range of equipment and automations for production of ovens in our plants, with main attention on Rothenburg factory.
**Your main tasks**:
- Industrialize new products, according to Electrolux Product Development procedures
- Lead PFMEA and take care of Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for New Product projects
- Align solutions with GME Architecture team on Architecture roadmap
- Drive specific manufacturing engineering projects
- Analyse production capacity, develop plan to shape manufacturing set-up according to the strategy
- Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solution
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master degree, Technical/Engineering, preferably Industrial, Electrics or Mechatronics Mechanical
- Some years of experience with household appliances production or design is an advantage
- Experience with industrial equipment, knowledge of robotized automatic equipment and of process control vision systems
- Strong communication skills, openness to change, easily adaptable in new working environment, goal-oriented, self-motivated, good analytical and methodical skills for problem solving skills, keen on working in multicultural teams
- Knowledge of CAD systems 2D/3D would be an advantage, fluent German and English required
- Knowledge of equipment safety norms, European Machinery Standards and
- P-FMEA methodology
