**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit in Design
- und Prototypingprojekten für unsere Kunden mit unterschiedlichsten Herausforderungen und Volumina
- Koordination der HYVE-Kompetenzbereiche in der Projektierung und Ableistung
- Erstellung von designtheoretischen Betrachtungen und Entwicklung von Designstrategien für unsere Kunden
- Konzeption und Entwicklung interner Innovationsprojekte
- Teilnahme an Ideation Workshops mit unseren Kunden als Ideengeber, Mikromoderator und Zeichner
- Kundenpflege und Akquise von Design
- und Innovationsprojekten

**Dein Profil**:

- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produkt
- oder Industriedesigner oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hohe Kreativität, ausgeprägtes Stilbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis, Empathie und Gespür für kundenorientiertes Design
- Freude an der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen im Spannungsfeld zwischen Nutzer / Technologie und Interesse an neuen Technologien und Trends
- Team orientiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten, sowie die Fähigkeit neue Ideen und Konzepte schnell zu erfassen und diese zu visualisieren (analog und digital)
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in SolidWorks und/oder Rhinoceros, Keyshot, der Adobe CS Suite sowie MS Office
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein
