Advisory & Financing Solutions (A&FS) is UniCredit's center of excellence for Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory and Capital Markets transactions in top-level strategic dialogues. Sectors Advisory within A&FS follows an integrated industry and M&A origination and execution approach with in-depth knowledge of Telecommunication/Media/Technology, Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare & Retail as well as Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure sectors for investment banking and corporate clients.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Performance of company valuations, company, and sector research in the broader industrial sector.
- Preparation of effective marketing and pitch materials for M&A, ECM, DCM and other corporate finance transaction opportunities to corporate and investor clients.
- Support and work
- collaborativel
- y in project teams on pitches and in mandated transactions, including M&A, debt and equity capital raisings.
- Coordinating and managing selected workstreams of M&A and other corporate finance process preparations and executions.
- Due diligence, data room and workstream management in M&A buy
- and sell-sides.
- Interaction and communication with other advisors of our clients (e.g. legal, tax etc.).
- Coordination, motivation of and guidance to junior colleagues on a day-to-day basis.
- Cooperation with other product, country and/or coverage teams within our Client Solutions division.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Minimum of three to five years of sector coverage and/or corporate finance/M&A experience in an investment bank, M&A boutique, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of the broader industrial sector.
- Experience in capital markets and M&A projects with partial responsibility for deal execution and
- project-relate
- d client relationship management.
- Profound practical valuation expertise based on customary valuation
- methodologies.- Experienced in supporting pitching and originating activities for M&A mandates based on precise and thoroughly investigated company and market analyses.
- Basic understanding of potential transaction structures including private equity and leveraged finance.
- Strong analytical skills and quick grasp.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ideally in both English and German.
