Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Bereichs, inkl. Kostenstellenverantwortung
- End-to-End Verantwortung für die Schaltschrankplanung im Gesamtsystem
- Verantwortung für die dezentrale Elektrik an den Modulen des Elektrolyseurs, inklusive Verkabelung
- Umsetzung eines hohen, produktübergreifenden Standardisierungsgrades für die verantworteten Module
- Umsetzung von Cost-Down Potentialen
- Verantwortung für die Ressourcenplanung entsprechend den Bedarfen des „FTE-planning initiatives“-Prozesses
- Entwickeln und Optimieren von Prozessen und Abläufen
- Zuteilen und Koordinieren von Aufgaben und Projekten
- Aufbau eines funktionalen Teams mit diversen Fachkompetenzen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich der Elektrokonstruktion
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Personalführung technischer Teams
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Projektierung von Schaltplänen in der Verfahrens
- und Prozessindustrie, bis hin zum Groß Anlagenbau
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Elektro CAD Programmen, z.B. EPLAN
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Klemmenplänen, Aufbauplänen, Kabelverlegungsplänen
- Erfahrung in der Standardisierung (modularer Aufbau) der elektrischen Hardwareplanung.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse im Fachbereich
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude an analytischen und kreativen Tätigkeiten im Team
- Sorgfalt, Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
