As an Electrical Engineer Feeding & Dosing you will be responsible for technical order execution of orders from our customer all around the globe. You will be the key driver for planning those projects and processing the orders together with our customers.
The Feeding & Dosing Technologies product line is part of the Business Line Capital in the Cement industry. The purpose of Feeding & Dosing Technologies is to support our global Cement customers with industry-leading feeding and dosing equipment to improve their plant operations and reduce its carbon footprint. The Engineering team in Augsburg, Germany where this position belongs to, is the technical project execution hub for our global orders.
Gather and define electrical requirements in project discussions with the customers Design the electrical layout / installations and generate the bill of material in SAP Create the software needed to control the equipment Preparation of functional description and other project documents Tracking the assembly progress, ensuring deadlines and cost control Gather feedback from assembly as well as customers and align improvement initiatives Carry out software tests in the test-field and commissioning support in our workshop in Bergamo, Italy Degree in electrical engineering At least 4 years of experience in electrical engineering department, customer service or similar function Deep understanding of processes and interfaces Experience with Electrical CAD and/or EPLAN Capability to work in global matrix organization Advanced English and German Language Competitive compensation package Work-life balance with a flexibility policy on remote work so you can focus on professional and personal priorities An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunitiesFLSmidth helps build societies all over the world by contributing to the infrastructure needed for global economic growth.
