- Die world of kids ist eine betriebsnahe Kindertagesstätte in Herzogenaurach in Kooperation mit adidas. In zwei einzigartigen und modernen Häusern stehen Betreuungsplätze für jeweils 48 Krippen
- und 70 Kindergartenkinder zu Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Waldgruppe mit 20 Plätzen. Die Kita bietet den Kindern zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich auszuprobieren. Bewegung, Gesundheit, Bilingualität, und BNE sind Kernelemente des Konzeptes. Auch das Thema ‚Medienkompetenz‘ spielt eine wichtige Rolle und wird Rahmen des ifp Modellversuchs erforscht und entwickelt. Für eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung sorgt eine Frischküche.

- Du identifizierst Dich mit unserer Pädagogik und beziehst die Kinder gerne in Entscheidungsprozesse mit ein.- Du organisierst und gestaltest mit Freude den Kita-Alltag und Veranstaltungen.- Du bist fit in der Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Lern
- und Entwicklungsprozesse von Kindern.- Du gehst respektvoll mit Kindern, Eltern und Kolleg*innen um.- Du bringst Dich aktiv ein in die Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Qualität.- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und packst mit an, auch wenn es mal turbulent wird.- Du verfügst über Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveränes Auftreten.**Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen**:
