The preferred location is the CER region, but NER, EER and SER are also possible, and you will work on a home office contract.

**Responsibilities**:
Additionally, your key tasks are:

- Leading, driving and securing (accountable) strong business execution in all selected areas and channels
- Developing Business Unit sales business plan and business case, resource allocation and execution plan
- Developing strong alignment, relationship and trust with Danfoss regions, leading execution, and being a challenging touchpoint
- Supporting Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives (DPD) sales organization in executing, facilitating, and enabling success
- Identifying opportunities for Compact and Standard Drives BU based on upcoming trends, legislation, standards, technology, channel, digitalization and ESG
- Feed market and competitor intelligence into BU
- Developing Compact and Standard product marketing, strategic pricing and execution by working together with team members and the region

**Background & Skills**:
To be successful in this role you hold a Bachelor´s degree or higher in engineering, business, or similar field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

Additionally, we are searching for:

- Excellent communication analytical skills and execution orientation
- Strong direct and indirect leader, that naturally integrates with Danfoss Drives-Sales
- Well-developed understanding of how to navigate within a matrix organization to attract right attention on all levels
- Customer/commercial leadership experience and ability to facilitate customers interactions with credibility, confidence and Think Danfoss mentality
- Capability of being both visionary and hands on when needed
- Willingness to travel within Europe (30-40%)
- Fluent in English
