- Strategische Weiterentwicklung der ENGIE One Safety-Kultur im Zusammenhang mit der eigeständigen Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von HSE-Prozessen
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von HSE-Audits und -Begehungen
- Aufstellung entsprechender Kennzahlen rund um das Thema HSE-Performance
- Selbständiges Ermitteln und Beurteilen von arbeitsbedingten Unfall
- und Gesundheitsgefahren sowie Ableitung von geeigneten Maßnahmen
- Durchführung und Organisation von Schulungen der Mitarbeitenden
- Optimierung der Managementsysteme
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung und die Konzerngruppe

**Ihr Profil - das sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Kenntnisse im Changemanagement
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Managementebenen
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
