**Werde Teil unseres Teams für Smart Mobility**

Als Head of Smart Mobility (m/w/d) wirst Du die Leitung eines Teams, bestehend aus ca. 70 hochmotivierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, übernehmen, welches interdisziplinär und vielseitig Fragestellungen rund um eine nachhaltige Mobilität bearbeitet. Der größte Teil des Teams arbeitet in unserem Berliner Büro, aber auch an unseren weiteren deutschen Standorten. Unser Fokus liegt auf einer nachhaltigen und lebenswerten Zukunft des öffentlichen Raums, weshalb zum Beispiel Kommunen wie Berlin und viele weitere Städte unsere Kunden sind. Mit der weiteren Entwicklung dieses wunderbaren Teams kannst Du maßgeblich dazu beitragen, Deutschlands Wende hin zu einer klimabewussten Transformation des Verkehrssektors voranzubringen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Geschäftsentwicklung und Accountmanagement im Bereich Smart Mobility
- Personalführung und -entwicklung sowie Integration neuer Teammitglieder
- Operative Ergebnisverantwortung für die Projekte Deines Teams

- Eine akademische Ausbildung verbunden mit 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung als Berater oder Planer im Mobilitätssektor
- Erfahrung als Teamleiter
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit der Arbeit in einer international und divers geprägten Umgebung
