Joining our Sales team as Sales Development Representative (f/m/x) you would be an elementary part of one of the fastest growing Climate Tech Startups in Europe, with critical responsibility and influence on product and overall venture development.

Every large company is working on a climate strategy. You will partner with Account Executives to get companies further engaged on professionalizing climate management and interested in working with Cozero. You will be a crucial part of our go-to-market strategy helping to further develop the playbook, shape the Cozero platform and create sales opportunities.

Tasks
- Daily activities will include account planning, prospect identification, lead generation, inbound lead qualification and sales intro calls
- Understand customer pain points and requirements. Correlate Cozero solutions and customer requirements
- Build Cozero's sales playbook into a repeatable & scalable machine - what’s the best messaging?
- Take Cozero into new market segments
- Channel front-line sales insights into the development of our product & shape our product strategy
- Become an expert in carbon management & transformation, and educate companies on how they should navigate the world of carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and decarbonizing their supply chain

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales development experience, preferably at a startup and/or in the SaaS industry and with enterprise customers
- Being an excellent consultative seller. You listen deeply to customers and excel by helping them solve their problem
- Understand the needs of companies and how to address them effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High capacity for building compelling messages
- Sound understanding of environmental & sustainability challenges for SMEs and multinationals
- Being tech-savvy and knowing how to sell a SaaS product
- Proven success in building qualified pipelines and identifying new opportunities
- Experience with Hubspot CRM, and sales acceleration tools such as Linkedin sales navigator and Apollo (Desirable but not essential)
- Bias for taking responsibility - bias for action. You have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You have accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You are ceaselessly creative and impactful.
- You can work structured & independently in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluency in German is required, our working language is English
