Die Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft betreibt in Deutschland derzeit 76 Institute und Forschungseinrichtungen und ist die weltweit führende Organisation für anwendungsorientierte Forschung. Rund 30 000 Mitarbeitende erarbeiten das jährliche Forschungsvolumen von 2,9 Milliarden Euro.
Um im immer stärker werdenden globalen Wettbewerb konkurrenzfähig zu bleiben, müssen Unternehmen ihre Effizienz kontinuierlich und effektiv steigern. Neben der Nutzung gängiger Konzepte, wie »Economies of Scale«, wird es immer relevanter neue Konzepte zur Ausschöpfung von Effizienzpotentialen zu etablieren. Einer der relevanten und bisher unzureichend untersuchten Hebel stellt die Synchronisation von Aktivitäten innerhalb von Organisationen dar. Darunter wird die Bündelung und das Alignment von Kompetenzen, Ressourcen und Prozessen verstanden und unter dem Begriff »Synchronisationsprinzipien« zusammengefasst. Der Fokus dieser Arbeit liegt auf einer systematischen Literaturrecherche zur Identifizierung und strukturierten Aufbereitung solcher Prinzipien. Darauf aufbauend sollen Hypothesen über mögliche Hindernisse und unterstützende Faktoren zur Umsetzung der Prinzipien in der industriellen Praxis aufgestellt werden.

- Herleitung von Hypothesen über mögliche Hindernisse und unterstützende Faktoren zur praktischen Integration der Prinzipien in Unternehmen

- Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder eine verwandte Fachrichtung
- Du begeisterst dich für strategische Fragestellungen und technologische Innovationen
- Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu abstrahieren und strukturiert darzustellen
- Du bist hoch motiviert und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
