**What you will do**
- Implementation of sensor-based process control on an LPBF system
- Independent planning and execution of scientific experiments
- Evaluation of the experiments in the form of analyses of the sensor data and metallographic examination of sample bodies
- Documentation and presentation of the research results

**What you bring to the table**
- You are studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering degree program
- You have the ability and enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility
- You enjoy developing your own ideas and implementing them independently
- Initial knowledge of control engineering and signal processing is an advantage for this job
- Good written and spoken German and/or English skills
