**WERKSTUDENT (M/W/D) - CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT CENTER**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Fernwartung ihrer Anlagen
- Beschaffung von Systemdaten für die Fehleranalyse
- Einrichtung, Test, Pflege und Dokumentation von VPN Zugängen
- Unterstützung bei der Case-Dokumentation und -Pflege
- Organisation und Pflege von Serviceaktionen und Terminen
- Nachhalten offener Punkte aus vorherigen Servicebesuchen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
- erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnik, Automatisierung von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
- Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
