Our client is a rapidly growing software company which builds technology that powers sales of complex manufactured products and currently serves over 10,000 customers around the globe. While the HQ is based in the US, this role will be based in Germany and will impact all EMEA people operations.

As the business is growing our client is seeking a bi-lingual HR Director to support the European employee base.

**Department & Team Description**:
As a senior leader on the Human Resources team, your mission will be to help build a lean, agile and world class people operations function across the EMEA economic area. The HR team is responsible for setting strategy and garnering executive buy-in for activities ranging from change management, to works council relationship management and HR process design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consulting and support for employees and managers in all day-to-day personnel-related issues
- Execution of all administrative tasks along the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Work contract creation and modification (new hires, modifications, Preparation of the contract addendums of the annual variable regulations for about 100 employees)
- Communication with the works council to ensure co-determination regulation is adhered to
- Preparation of notifications of hiring, replacements and dismissal etc. for the works council
- Management of Absences (PTO; sickness, etc.)
- Health Management
- Preparatory tasks for payroll e.g., compiling and administer the master data of new and existing employees
- Leading employee appraisals
- Advice on continuing education topics, booking of trainings etc.
- Support and cooperation in integration projects within the Revalize Group e.g., provide data and information
- Preprocessing of HR data for the annual financial statements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in human resources, business, or any related field
- At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner/Director or in an equvialent role
- Experience in global or international companies
- Fluency in English and German
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations

**Additional Information**:
You can work remotely from anywhere in Germany, but should be open to be in the office in Karlsruhe 2 times per month.

You will be asked to complete a 30-minute online assessment as all employees within the company.
