As **Head of Influencer Marketing** you will be leading our successful Influencer Marketing team, developing and implementing a top-notch Influencer Marketing strategy for performance and branding purposes across all of our markets. This position is unlimited.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- developing an impactful Influencer Marketing strategy that drives both brand awareness and attractive ROIs in line with our overall business goals
- leading a team of Influencer Marketing managers responsible for executing influencer cooperations across all our markets markets
- creating innovative ideas to promote our Westwing Collection via influencer collaborations, events and activations to maximize buzz and build a love brand
- running a best-in-class performance driven Influencer Marketing that contributes to our revenue and business growth
- collaborating with the most important, exciting, and upcoming influencers in line with our brand identity and values

**YOU COME WITH**
- 3+ years experience in a leading Influencer Marketing role with a proven track record of running successful Influencer Marketing campaigns both for awareness and performance goals
- strong network in the influencer landscape as well as the lifestyle and design industry
- very good analytical skills and structured approach
- expert knowledge of Social Media and emerging channels
- strong leadership personality with first experience in leading teams
- fluent English languages skills
