**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Selbstständige Durchführung des gesamten experimentellen Arbeitsablaufs nach festgelegten Standardarbeitsverfahren, von der Probenvorbereitung bis zur Lieferung der Proben für die Datenanalyse, nach erfolgreicher Zertifizierungsschulung
- Entgegennahme, Prüfung und Erfassung von Kundenproben und Laborverbrauchsmaterialien bei der Anlieferung
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb einschließlich Bestell
- und Bestandsmanagement und Laborgeräte (Betrieb, Wartung, Software-Updates und technische Unterstützung, falls gewünscht)
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem OLINK-Plattformteam und dem Teamleiter, um das Verständnis für die geplanten täglichen Aufgaben zu erhalten und zu bestätigen und um Probleme sofort zu melden (Proben, Geräte usw.) und sie entsprechend den Anweisungen aufzuzeichnen
- Zusätzliche Aufgaben können je nach Erfahrungsstand in Betracht gezogen werden; sie sind entsprechend zu besprechen und festzulegen

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Staatlich anerkannte Berufsausbildung als BTA/CTA/MTA oder ein Bachelor-Abschluss oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss in Molekularbiologie, Biochemie oder einem verwandten naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Fachgebiet mit mindestens drei Jahren praktischer Erfahrung in einem molekularbiologischen Umfeld
- Fähigkeit zur Befolgung und Durchführung von Experimenten gemäß SOPs und hochgradig genaue und präzise Pipettierfähigkeiten
- Frühere Erfahrungen mit Liquid-Handling-Robotern und NGS-Technologien sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit und Wunsch, sich parallel zur Unterstützung der laufenden Arbeit neue Fähigkeiten anzueignen
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail sind unerlässlich
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben unter einen Hut zu bringen und im Arbeitsalltag flexibel zu sein
- Rechtzeitige und effektive Lieferung von Ergebnissen
- Gründliche, selbstmotivierte und proaktive Teamfähigkeit mit Interesse an team
- und fachübergreifender Arbeit
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Programmen und Bereitschaft, andere Software und Systeme zu erlernen, Vertrautheit mit LIMS ist ein Plus
- Nachweislich gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, Englischkenntnisse sind von großem Vorteil
